Level 2: This inspection is required for real estate transactions. It includes all the elements of a basic inspection. Additionally, a video scan of your flue and interior chimney structure will be completed. We will check for any damage, cracks or obstructions to ensure your chimney is in compliance with Massachusetts safety codes.
